“Taste of Spring 2020” Fundraiser has been cancelled.   

 please use the DONATE link on the Home Page of our website or the BUY NOW link above to donate your 'intended donation' at our Taste of Spring! If you would like to name a FOA volunteer, they will get credit for your donation. Thank you for your support during this challenging time for our organization and our community as a whole. We look forward to planning our 2021 trip and events! As always, FOA is very grateful for your donation and we continue to be so. Stay safe!

How can you help?

 
We need parents to sign up for the following:
Before  the Taste of Spring Fundraiser:

Coordinating Auction Items:
-Auction items will be held at the Nichols Building on the TCC property...will need volunteers to help organize and wrap and coordinate items a few days before Taste of Spring  

During the Taste of Spring Fundraiser:
 
Dessert Coordinator:
coordinate with spreadsheet the desserts that will be brought to the event and be at the event to coordinate them being delivered.
  
 Beer Ladder/Wine Wall:
Collect from parents at the meetings and coordinate with Chair in bringing to Auction.  


Help is needed at the beginning (for setting up) and end (breaking down) of the evening.
 Please note that if you help at Taste of Spring you will have plenty of time to enjoy the event.  

Your student's fundraising account makes money depending on the sale price of the auction items minus our expenses for this event.

Sponsorship check amounts and  Gift Cards (after the initial $25 gift card) amounts go directly into their fundraising account.

Raffles, ​Beer Ladder, Wall o' Wine and Ticket sales DO NOT get credited toward participant’s accounts.

Participant
​Required items...

We need each participant (youth and adult) to do the following:

MARCH-Submit at the meeting one $25 gift certificate for the "Toolbox" Auction; try to get donated gift certificates. Gift certificates should be "generic" - restaurants, music, home improvement stores, grocery stores, department stores, online retailers, books, automotive, gas, etc. (If you submit more than 1 gift card, those gift cards will be credited to their trip account.) 

MARCH/APRIL-
Submit your "event advertisers/sponsorships" . Depending on the level on donation, the advertiser/sponsor will receive appropriate levels of advertising. (Each participant will receive the amount of their Advertiser/Sponsorships into their trip account.) 

MARCH/APRIL-Donate items for the silent auction - sports tickets, golf foursomes, jewelry, gift baskets, sports apparel, gourmet foods, electronics, overnight stays, etc. (Each participant will receive the amount of their sold item into their trip account minus the expenses to hold Taste of Spring.) 

-Please Note - We are not expecting you to purchase the donations or the gift cards. Ask businesses for donations, most of the time they are more than happy to donate. Feel free to also hand them our Taste of Spring Flyer and Donation Letter. Links are on the page.

-Sell tickets to the event - there are limited amount of tickets available so act early!  ($40 each) The more people that attend the higher the amount your donations will sell at 

 - Attend with you and your friends/neighbors/family *over the age of 21 only. There will be no tickets sold at the door. 

-Limited Sign ups to make a gourmet dessert for our live auction (no duplicate desserts allowed) contact HelpBuildHope@gmail.com (must be coordinated prior to the event)

All auction items (toolbox & silent) need to have a donation form attached so we can properly credit your account and acknowledge the donor.
