How can you help?
We need parents to sign up for the following:
Before the Taste of Spring Fundraiser:
Coordinating Auction Items:
-Auction items will be held at the Nichols Building on the TCC property...will need volunteers to help organize and wrap and coordinate items a few days before Taste of Spring
During the Taste of Spring Fundraiser:
coordinate with spreadsheet the desserts that will be brought to the event and be at the event to coordinate them being delivered.
Beer Ladder/Wine Wall:
Collect from parents at the meetings and coordinate with Chair in bringing to Auction.
Help is needed at the beginning (for setting up) and end (breaking down) of the evening.
Please note that if you help at Taste of Spring you will have plenty of time to enjoy the event.
Your student's fundraising account makes money depending on the sale price of the auction items minus our expenses for this event.
Sponsorship check amounts and Gift Cards (after the initial $25 gift card) amounts go directly into their fundraising account.
Raffles, Beer Ladder, Wall o' Wine and Ticket sales DO NOT get credited toward participant’s accounts.
