NOVEMBER    2nd - Repeat Adult/College-Aged/LIT Volunteer Application Opens on website
DECEMBER    1st  - 6:30-8:00 pm 2026 FOA Trip Kick-Off and 2025 Trip Video - THS Library/Media Center
                                    9:00 pm NEW & REPEAT Youth Volunteer Applications/Deposit opens on website -  will close December 5th - 9pm
                          7th - Application Committee meets -  Acceptance Emails Distributed the following week
JANUARY         4th -   6:00-7:30 pm -  1st Meeting - VOLUNTEERS (full time) WITH 1st time PARENTS (1st 30 mins)
                          4th - 7:30 pm - 5 min Advisor Meeting with Board Meeting to follow
FEBRUARY      1st  - 6:00-7:30 pm - 2nd Meeting -
                         1st - 7:30 pm - 5 min Advisor Meeting with Board Meeting to follow
MARCH           1st - 6:00 - 7:30pm - 3rd Meeting - Construction Training
