NOVEMBER    3rd - Repeat Adult/College-Aged/LIT Volunteer Application Opens on website
DECEMBER    4th  - 6:00-8:00 pm 2025 FOA Trip Kick-Off and 2024 Trip Video - THS Library
                                    9:00 pm NEW & REPEAT Youth Volunteer Applications/Deposit opens on website -  will close December 7th - 6pm
                          8th - Application Committee meets -  Acceptance Emails Distributed
JANUARY         5th -   6:00-7:30 pm -  1st Meeting - VOLUNTEERS (full time) WITH 1st time PARENTS (1st 30 mins)
                          5th - 7:30 pm - 5 min Advisor Meeting with Board Meeting to follow
FEBRUARY      2nd  - 6:00-7:30 pm - 2nd Meeting -
                         2nd - 7:30 pm - 5 min Advisor Meeting with Board Meeting to follow
